AutoCAD平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)常用光學(xué)鏡頭基本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行
參數(shù)化和模塊化自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)
光學(xué)系統(tǒng)外形尺寸可以一次性設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)裝配圖,而且可以從裝配圖方便地分離零件圖。同時(shí)還提供了多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式供設(shè)計(jì)者選擇。

<-:gaA`KM d?)C} 2 Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a software of designing lenses structure on the basis of AutoCAD system, in order to improve the drawing efficiency and accuracy, and realize automatic design. You can operate our software without any difficulty and design struture assembly diagram of lenses according to parameter of optical system by the software. It also can devide parts drawing from assembly diagram and can provide other structure form selected by designer.

)o<rU[oD]C 計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)早已應(yīng)用到鏡頭的
光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中,鏡頭的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)也有一些計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件,但是由于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的多樣性或?qū)I(yè)性強(qiáng)或要昂貴平臺(tái)支持而使用不便。光學(xué)鏡頭的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要求各個(gè)光學(xué)零件準(zhǔn)確定位和合理固定,保證鏡頭的光學(xué)性能。對(duì)于照相物鏡、顯微物鏡、望遠(yuǎn)物鏡、目鏡等大多數(shù)非變焦、光軸成直線的鏡頭來說,其基本結(jié)構(gòu)由
透鏡、壓圈、鏡筒、隔圈組成。只要對(duì)這些結(jié)構(gòu)作自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),就能省去許多費(fèi)事的構(gòu)思和繁瑣的計(jì)算。以自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)得到基本結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),就不難修改成為所要求的特殊結(jié)構(gòu),例如鏡筒與機(jī)殼的專用連接結(jié)構(gòu)。本文介紹的光學(xué)鏡頭基本結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)是基于廣泛應(yīng)用的AutoCAD平臺(tái)和采用人機(jī)交互式操作,用AutoLISP語言進(jìn)行參數(shù)化和模塊化設(shè)計(jì),通用性好且簡單易行。
